I am so please to read in today's paper a honest and caring vet who backs his beliefs about needy animal and owners with most needed action. He will help the overpopulation of animals in Clarksville,Tn by offering low income pet owners really affordable price for spay-neuter program.
I was seeking an affordable vet after an unbelievable high vet bill for a retired person such as myself. I will surely use this noble vet who knows talk is cheap but behavior speaks.
